This very intensive massage performed directly onto the skin has a warming effect on muscles and organs and will relax you deeply. A ginger compress also has a deeply relaxing and cleansing effect.
Ito-thermie
Two metal holders containing burning herb sticks are used to treat the whole body. The treatment lasts about 15 minutes. The scent of the herbs, the pressure applied by the holders and the infra red of the burning sticks all three affect the body and its self healing powers.
